Johnson Law Group (JLG) is thrilled to announce our 2025 Annual Summer High School Internship opportunity! This program is designed to provide aspiring legal minds with hands-on exposure to the world of family law while equipping them with tools for future success. Hands-On Experiences to Look Forward To:
- Learn the Inner Workings of a Law Firm: You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a large law firm operates. From client interactions to team collaboration, you’ll gain insights into the daily dynamics of legal professionals.
- Observe Court Proceedings: Experience the courtroom up close by observing real-life family law cases. This unique opportunity will deepen your understanding of legal processes and the role of attorneys in advocacy.
- Career and College Guidance: Our team members are committed to your growth! Throughout the internship, you’ll receive personalized advice on preparing for college and pursuing a legal career.
- Mentorship from Founder Genet Johnson: One of the highlights of the internship is direct mentorship from JLG Founder Genet Johnson. Her guidance doesn’t stop at the end of the internship—she’s dedicated to supporting interns long-term as they navigate their educational and professional journeys.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for Denver-based high school juniors and seniors who:
- Demonstrate a strong academic record.
- Are genuinely curious about the legal field, particularly family law.
- Excel at working independently and collaboratively.
- Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
